Reward of Worship!

There was once a woman who was a great devotee of Neptune, the sea god. She lived near a sea and daily went to beach to pray. One day she started singing a song in praise of Neptune. Her song was highly appealing and Neptune was very pleased with her. As a reward he sent cows for the women. the woman was very happy and started singing another song. Just as she finished another cow appeared on the beach. Mow the woman continued singing songs one after the another till beach was full of cows. The woman looked around and found a huge stone in front of her. She thought that what if she lift it threw it in the sea and could make place for one more cow. So she put all her might and put it the sea with all her strength. But just at the moment Neptune was emerging from the sea to bless her. The stone hit the god hard on his head. He was very angry with the woman and returned to the sea with all his cows.
